Dale K. Cannedy, 89, of Carlinville, IL passed away Sunday, October 28, 2018. Dale was born on September 10, 1929, lived his life and died on his family farm. His parents were Ebert O. Cannedy and Lelia Mae (Dorks) Cannedy. He married Jo Ann Bilbruck on September 13, 1947.

“Grandpa” as he was known to many, enjoyed raising cows and bailing hay. He is survived by his daughters, Betty Jo Noll, Becky Lowrance, and Melinda (Kerry) Huff; grandchildren, Milena (Lucas) Crum, Meghan (Adam) Hubrich, and Ryan Long; great grandchildren, Abella Huff, Garrison and Gibson Crum, and Olivia and Eleanor Hubrich.

Dale was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Harrol Cannedy, and wife, Jo Ann.

Private services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Macoupin Antique Agricultural Association, PO Box 103, Carlinville, IL 62626.
